Explanation of Usage Rights:
Non-Exclusive usage rights of the images in both printed and electronic form are granted to the licensee. The licensee may use

these copyrighted photographs in marketing activities, including but not limited to company websites, folios, project/sell sheets, in-house presentations, and award submissions. Usage may also include exhibitions of the firm’s work, in academic lectures, and may be submitted the images to magazines or trade journals at no additional cost to the publication. For usage in advertising mediums not hosted or produced by the Licensee, a separate advertising license must be purchased.

Images are non-transferrable. At no time may the images be given, transferred, sold or licensed to any third parties without a separate usage agreement with Carlos Camarena. The images created for this job are, and remain, the copyright protected property of Carlos Camarena.

Photo Credits and Alterations:

Cropping of images is the only alteration permitted. Further alteration is not permitted without consultation and agreement with copyright owner, Carlos Camarena. Photo credit is always appreciated where possible by placing (© Carlos Camarena) adjacent to all reproduced, distributed, print and web-based material.
